Arizona Scenery ~ Day 3 ~ Arizona Road Trip

West of Pima, Arizona

Thanks to irrigation Arizona has a large amount of arable land.  I love this scene of a field outside of Safford, Arizona, with the mountains in the background.  Although not positive, I would wager this is a field of cotton since the Safford area is well-known for its Pima cotton, named for the Pima Indians in Southeastern Arizona.

I do believe this is cotton and a lovely field of cotton indeed. Beautiful perspective on this shot.
PS I'll send you the Grilled Onion Salad recipe. Delicious!

Beautiful vistas; hope the dust storm didn't reach here.
