This rainbow of autumn leaves is on a single sweet gum tree at the edge of one of our pastures.
The colors range from green to pale yellow, orange, pink, red, burgundy, purple and black.
And even some polka-dotted ones!

I love a tree that turns to so many shades of yellow and red.
A FB friend from Texas posted a pic of her sweet gum tree and I was amazed at all the golds. This one has much more variety. So beautiful.

The sweet gum is one of my favorites when it comes to fall foliage. We have four spaced across the front of our property.
Yes, the color range is awesome for one tree.
